Park Partnership Program

The Park Partnership program involves various tasks by individuals who would like to help out in the parks. Park Partner tasks can vary greatly and do not require vast skills or abilities--just people caring about our city parks. Tasks vary from picking up litter, doing playground maintenance checks, cleaning picnic tables, sweeping hard surfaces, clearing tree circles, raking leaves, weeding, doing trail maintenance, painting over graffiti, or simply being the eyes and ears for Park Operations and reporting any problems. There is flexibility with volunteers on the time they can commit.

If you are interested in becoming a Park Partner, the parks listed below need YOU! Contact Parks Operations Division at 503-588-6336 or  SalemParks@cityofsalem.net for more information.
