Inspection Request - Building & Safety Division

This form allows you to request a site inspection for the items you select below. In order to use this form you must have information for all the "required" items shown below. Each receipt/permit number is site specific so please exercise care in specifying the inspection.

Inspection requests for incorrect site addresses, or where the work is not ready for inspection, will be subject to re-inspection charges/trip fees. Because of changing work volumes we cannot guarantee inspections on the dates you specify. Do not use this form to request final inspections -- for final inspections, call the Permit Application Center at 503-588-6256.
