A Site Address consisting of street name and number
Tax Parcel Numbers
Applicant's name, address, and telephone numbers
Contractor's name, address, telephone numbers, and Construction Contractors Board (CCB)
Property Owner(s) name, address and telephone numbers
A list and signatures of all legal owners of the property (planning)
A list of nearby property owners (planning)
A scale drawing of the project
Engineering certifications for submitted plans
