Inspections are provided Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 4:00pm (except holidays). Building and Safety's goal is to respond to all inspections requested within 24 hours.

An Inspection Checklist is available for your convenience.  It contains the code references most often used by our staff while performing inspections.

The City has inspection activities performed by two different city operations. One is the Building & Safety Division of the Community Development Department and the other is the Facilities Engineering Division of the Public Works Department.
