Phase One

City of Salem Annexation Program includes two phases.

Phase One of the City of Salem Annexation Program is composed of properties that fall into one of the two categories listed below.

Properties with annexation agreements signed after May 16, 2000 (voter approval required)

Properties that are located inside the enclaved territory (voter approval required)

These properties are scheduled for voter consideration at the September 19, 2006 Election .
