NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SALEM REVISED CODE CONCERNING MULTIPLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

| The SALEM PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, Salem, Oregon, to receive testimony on proposed amendments to the Salem Revised Code generally concerning setback, height, landscaping, and buffering requirements for multiple family developments contained in Salem Revised Code Chapters 120 (Development Design Handbook), 132 (Landscaping), and 148 (RM1 and RM2 Zoning Districts). Prior to the hearing, any person may review the draft amendments or file written testimony at the Planning Division Office, Room 305, City Hall, Salem, Oregon 97301.
