Minimum Buffer Requirements

* Edge of floodway, or 50 feet measured from ordinary high water for banks <25%, whichever is greater (Fig. 1)

* Edge of floodway, or 75 feet measured from ordinary high water for banks >25%, whichever is greater (Fig. 2)

Mitigation measures
Choose 1 of 5

* Larger water quality buffer area
* Restoration of riparian area
* Alternative stormwater options
* Tree planting for stormwater management
* Pervious pavement
