Program registrations (except for aquatics programs) are accepted in person at City Hall:

Register for swim lessons at Olinger Pool, 1310 A Street NE, during normal business hours.

How to Register for Recreation Classes

1.   Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged and persons are not considered registered until fees are paid in full.

2.   The City reserves the right to cancel classes when minimum enrollment has not been met.  Full refunds are issued only when classes are canceled.

3.   No refunds are issued after the first class; however, credits may be granted. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue.  Patrons must show the issued credit postcard at the time of registration. In special circumstances, a refund may be approved by the Community Resources/Recreation Manager.

4.   There is a $10 administration charge on all refunds.

5.   Program fee waivers will be considered for Salem residents only. Program fee waivers are limited to one program per person each quarter, except for swim lessons.
