Payments

Payments for Salem Municipal Court traffic citations, utility bills, parking permits, miscellaneous accounts receivable, parking tickets, and other payments can be made at the Finance Department, in City Hall at 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 230.  Permit application payments must go to the Permit Application Center in Room 320.

Payments for water and sewer bills (must include payment coupon/stub) may be mailed to:

Payments for invoices and other accounts receivable payments (must include payment coupon/stub) may be mailed to:

Payments for parking permits (must include invoice) may be mailed to:

Payments mailed to the above PO boxes must have either the ticket or payment coupon/stub.  Your payment will be delayed if the ticket or payment coupon/stub is not included.

Payments without the original payment coupon or ticket may be mailed, with payment details to:

Payments may also be dropped off at secure drop boxes located:

on Commercial Street in the bus turn out between Salem City Hall and the Salem Library
