Maintenance RequestsNOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF SHA-OWNED AND MANAGED HOUSING PROPERTIESEffective September 2007 Salem Housing Authority properties became reorganized into 4 different service areas. Requests for maintenance and repairs should now be directed to the office serving the area where you live. Requests for emergency services are given top priority. Examples of emergency repair services are: plugged toilet, no electricity, broken window, fire damage, broken pipe, security (change for lock-outs), no heat, leaking hot water heater. Non-emergency repairs will be responded to as soon as possible, in priority order. To report a maintenance problem in your unit, contact:
