Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program

In addition to income requirements, household must have 1 member who is aU.S. citizen.  Assistance may be portable to other jurisdictions.

In addition to income requirements, household must have 1 member who is a U.S. citizen.  Single women only at SRO’s.

Public Housing

In addition to income requirements, landlord references are required. One household member must be a U.S. citizen.  Eligibility and income limits apply to the following properties:

                Robert Lindsey Tower (head/spouse or co-head must be 62 or older

                or   head/spouse or co-head must be person with disabilities.

Family Size Adjustments

The income limit statute requires adjustments for family size.  The legislative intent is that low-income limits should be higher for larger families and lower for smaller families.

The following family size adjustments are used for all income limits.
