The mission of Environmental Services is to protect the Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility, workers in the sanitary sewer collection system, and the environment around Salem.
Salem is located in the heart of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley. It is home to several food processors, federally regulated categorical industries, and other significant industrial users.
