100 Percent Construction and Maintenance Bond

This bond guarantees performance of a public works construction permit project and then converts to a maintenance bond.

Permit Performance Bond

Upon reaching the point of substantial completion in subdivision projects, this bond guarantees final completion of portions of the project not yet complete and allows for building permit to proceed.

Maintenance Bond

This bond secures the one-year maintenance-period-only of a public works permit project.
