Intermittent Closures of Union Street NE at Commercial Street NE for Traffic Signal Improvements

August 3, 2017

Intermittent road closures of Union Street NE between Commercial Street NE and Front Street NE will begin on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 in preparation for a new traffic signal at the intersection. The City will also make other street, sidewalk and bicycle lane improvements as part of an effort to make it safer for people walking and biking between the Union Street Bridge and downtown Salem.
