Southwest Association of Neighbors Block Party. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. It's held on the first Tuesday of August. In Salem it's a night for residents to host block parties, share yummy food, play games, get to know your neighbors and foster positive relationships. Hundreds will take place this year on August 5th, in neighborhood parks, back yards, and blocked off streets.

The board of Southwest Association of Neighbors will be hosting their annual National Night Out party at Nelson Park, August 5th, 5-8 pm. Come hang out! Everyone is welcome.
