North Lancaster Neighborhood Association Summer Party. Celebrate National Night Out with neighbors in NE Salem on August 6th at 6 pm. This annual event is hosted by the North Lancaster Neighborhood Association on the night after National Night Out. Join neighbors and enjoy some food, games, entertainment and visit with community resource booths. City of Salem staff will be in attendance to connect people with City resources and provide project updates. This event is free!
