Responses are being collected for the 2026 Salem Community Survey the week of Sept. 8. Community members may receive phone calls from polling staff gathering important city feedback.
In observance of New Year's Eve, Salem Public Library will close at 5 p.m. This includes both the Main Library, 585 Liberty St SE, and the West Salem Branch, 395 Glen Creek Rd NW.
