Members of the Salem City Council have been invited to this event, and a quorum of City Council may attend the event, but their attendance is optional.

This event is co-hosted by the North East Salem Community Association (NESCA) and East Lancaster Neighborhood Association (ELNA). The forum will feature candidates for Wards 2 and 6 Salem City Councilors, and at least one of the Salem Mayoral candidates.
