ANNUAL MEETING OF

THE HOSPITAL FACILITY AUTHORITY OF

THE CITY OF SALEM, OREGON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of The Hospital Facility Authority of the City of Salem, Oregon (the “Authority”) will be held at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 21, 2026, at Salem Hospital, Building B, Second Floor, The Sherman Conference Room, 665 Winter Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301.  Members of the public and of the Authority will also be able to participate in the Annual Meeting by telephone and virtual means. The Authority will conduct its annual meeting and such other business as may come before the Authority.
