During Civic Center seismic improvements, the in-person portion of the hybrid meeting will take place in the Parkway building located at 440 Church Street. When entering from Bellevue St SE, take the first left and continue straight into the parking lot. You will enter the building and follow signage to the elevator and select the 5<sup>th</sup> floor. Staff will come to greet you and bring you to the meeting room which is located on the 4<sup>th</sup> floor.&nbsp;</p><p>Please contact staff at finance@cityofsalem.net if you would like to receive a link to attend and testify to the Committee virtually.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
