Food, storytelling, and family come together in this guided, multisensory exploration of Persian cuisine and culture hosted by Culture Keeper Ali Esteghlalian with assistance from his sister, Leily Esteghlalian. Participants will be invited to touch, smell and taste ingredients while learning about their role in Persian cuisine. On the menu will be Persian noodle soup, fresh herb and cheese sandwiches with traditional Persian bread, and mint and cucumber beverages.
