The new map reflects the higher-level proposed Comprehensive Plan map that is part of the Our Salem Vision. That Vision was accepted by the City Council in March.

The proposed zoning changes aren't final. Your input will help us refine the map. Changes will not be final until they go through the formal adoption process, which is expected at the end of this year.
