Airport

Salem Municipal Airport (McNary Field) is owned and operated by the City of Salem. It is located approximately two miles from downtown Salem and is conveniently located at the juncture of Interstate 5 and State Highway 22. The 751-acre airport is home to more than 130 aircraft hangars and businesses, as well as the Oregon National Guard’s Army Aviation Support Facility. There are currently no commercial flights operating from Salem.

Directions from I-5

  • Take Exit 253
  • Turn west on HWY 22 (Mission ST SE) to 25th ST SE
  • Turn left onto 25th ST SE
  • Follow the airport signs to the terminal located on the left​ (east) side of the street​
