The 2021-2022 Application Cycle is Open
On January 8, 2018, the Salem City Council enacted an ordinance that provides property tax exemptions for low-income housing held by charitable, nonprofit organizations. The tax exemption is intended to benefit low-income residents and support the availability of low-income housing units in the City. The 2020 application cycle is now open, applications are due no later than Monday, August 31, 2020 at 4 p.m.
