​Dying Well is a three-part informational series focused on end-of-life services, planning, and choices. All three events are free and open to the public and offer a chance to discuss end-of-life issues with local experts.

Understanding Hospice and Palliative Care – 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 10 in Anderson Rooms A&B - Community partners from Willamette Valley Hospice, Kaiser Permanente, and Salem Health Palliative Care provide information and answer questions about these end-of-life services.

End-of-Life Planning - 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 17 in Anderson Rooms A&B - Community partners from Willamette Valley Hospice, Kaiser Permanente, Salem Health, and the Veteran's Administration discuss Advanced Directives, POLSTs, DNRs, and other key documents that give patients a voice in end-of-life and emergency decisions.

Oregon's Death with Dignity Law - 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 24 in Anderson Rooms A&B - Community partners from Kaiser Permanente and End of Life Choices Oregon discuss Oregon's Death with Dignity law, requirements, and how to navigate the system as a patient or caregiver.
