Two membership options are available:

Gold Membership (Gym use and classes)

Included in your membership is a complimentary orientation class. In this class a trainer will teach you the proper use each piece of exercise equipment, answer any questions you may have and inform you of all of the great ways a personal trainer can help you achieve your fitness goals. Adults unable to pay the fee may apply for a partial fee waiver. The Center also accepts Silversneaker and Silver and Fit Medicare Supplemental Insurance Fitness Benefits.
Fit 50+ offers personal training to its members. Each personal trainer is nationally certified and experienced with adults in the 50+ age group. A personal trainer works with you to develop the best plan for you and your fitness goals. Must be a Fit 50+ member.

Flexibility & Functional Movements
First Aid & CPR Certification: Learn to recognize, respond to and treat a variety of first aid emergencies, perform CPR and use an AED in a cardiac arrest situation as well as obtain your American Safety and Health Institute First Aid & CPR certification.
Tone Your Bones: A class designed to teach you proper strength training techniques and help you build muscle mass and maintain bone density.
Ballet: Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, our dance instructor adapts to your level and needs. Ballet increases flexibility, engages the mind, builds strength and endurance, and creates a sense of well-being.
Pilates: In addition to improved balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture, Pilates can also be a great stress reliever, leaving you energized at the end of class.
Zumba: Each class is designed to bring people together for a dance fitness party infused with Latin and World rhythms.
