​Mill Creek Urban Renewal Area is 650 acres in Southeast Salem, established to prepare property with public utilities for manufacturing uses and employment. The majority of this urban renewal area is comprised of development-ready sites located in Mill Creek Corporate Center.

Assessed values and key projects were determined when the urban renewal district was first established. Project plans are subject to change at the direction of the Urban Renewal Agency.
