Overview
The North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board advises the
Urban Renewal Agency on conservation, rehabilitation, and redevelopment matters within the
North Gateway Urban Renewal project area.
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month; however, the board is only required to meet once a quarter.
Special membership requirements:

Five members shall represent the interests of small and large businesses, property owners, and others with financial or occupational interests within the
North Gateway Urban Renewal Area.

Three members will represent the Salem community at-large.

Three members will represent the residential areas within and adjacent to the
North Gateway Urban Renewal Area.
