Northgate Neighborhood Association is one of the city’s first associations. Northgate’s rich history boasts being a part of the original pilot program in 1971 that started it all. Since then, its neighbors have worked to address issues concerning those who live in, own businesses in, and own property in the area. If you would like to have a voice in your community, contact Northgate to be a part of positive change.
The Northgate Neighborhood Association encompasses the northern most
city limits bound by Silverton Road east to the Urban Growth Boundary; north and west along the Urban Growth Boundary to the Salem Parkway; Salem Parkway south to Cherry Avenue, south on Cherry Avenue to Johnson Street; then along the northeast boundary of Highland Neighborhood Association to Portland Road; Portland Road south to Silverton Road.
