The zoning options generally focus on increasing maximum heights, eliminating parking requirements, establishing and increasing minimum densities, and requiring middle housing, neighborhood hubs, and multifamily housing in specific locations or zones.
The subcommittee includes four members of the City Council and four members of the Planning Commission. The subcommittee is expected to meet five times this spring and early summer. Meetings will be open to the public.
