Salem Joins an International Movement to Honor Transgender Day of Remembrance November 20, 2019

On Wednesday, November 20, at 7 p.m., the Salem Human Rights Commission and members of the Salem community will come together for a candlelight vigil at Center 50+ to observe the memories of those killed in the past year due to anti-transgender violence. Center 50+ is located at 2615 Portland Rd. NE in Salem.

The Salem Human Rights Commission works with survivors and victims of hate crime and bias incidents locally. More information on the Salem Human Rights Commission can be found online.
