Southeast Mill Creek Association (SEMCA)

Founded in 1986, ​Southeast Mill Creek Neighborhood Association (SEMCA) encompasses a large section of Southeast Salem bordered by Mission Street and 25th Street extending out to the city limits. This area includes the Airport, Corban University, and Salem’s third largest park, Cascades Gateway, which features a fishing lake and an 18-hole disc golf course. It is also home to Mill Creek Corporate Center.

If you live, work, or own property in our neighborhood, then you are a member of SEMCA. We work closely with City staff to improve traffic and pedestrian safety. Join us and help us make a difference in our community.
