Classes
Classes are scheduled over several weeks for several hours each day.
Price: $25-$50 per class.
Materials: You have free use of text books during the class.
Retakes: For an additional $5 per class, you may retake a class as many times as the class is offered within one academic year of taking the initial class. Additional fees may apply if you request new materials.
Workshops
Workshops are short, one-day classes available for $5 per hour. Examples of workshops include:
- Facebook
- Card games
- Streaming music
Open labs
You can use the computer learning center on your own Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., when volunteers are available to staff the lab.
- Computers: Windows and iMac computers are available.
- Help with problems: Troubleshooting your personal computer/software problems. Volunteer computer technician’s knowledge and skills vary.
- Computers are available in lobby and pool room for public use during regular hours. (No printing)
