New, Unwrapped Toy Donations Accepted for 2018 Toy Drives

It’s Toy Time! Please consider joining Salem Fire Department and Salem Police Department in getting toys to children in need.

Salem Police Department toy drive 

Each year, with help from Family Building Blocks, Oak Park Community Church, Salem-Keizer School District's Community Outreach Coordinators, and the Community & Partners of East Salem, Salem Police give toys to hundreds of local children. Stop by the Salem Police Department and make your donation of a new, unwrapped toy by December 12. Our lobby is open around the clock or you can stop by these locations during business hours: 

  • Cycle Country, 4764 Portland RD NE
  • Dow Pediatric Dentistry, 140 Ramsgate Square S, #110
  • Salem Electric, 633 7th ST NW
  • White Oak Construction, 2455 River RD S

Salem Fire Department toy drive

On December 15, from 9 am to 5 pm, Santa will join Salem’s Firefighters at Shopko on Lancaster Drive SE. Firefighters will also be accepting new, unwrapped toys for local children at any Salem Fire Station.
