Options for Utility Payments
Online Sign-Up and One-Time Pay
City of Salem utility customers have the option to Sign Up and create a user profile for utility billing online payment services. As a registered user, you can view utility bills, see your account history, make payments and elect to enroll in paperless billing.
Where to Sign Up for an online account
- Open the Sign Up page in a web browser
- Select the "Sign Up" button

One-Time Pay
The online payment system also offers a quick payment option (“ONE TIME PAY” button) which allows customers to make a one-time payment without registering or logging into the system.
Click on the “ONE TIME PAY” button located on the Utility Billing page.
To use the One-Time Pay feature, users will need their utility account number and security code located on the upper right side of the paper bill.
