Library of Things
The Salem Public Library’s Library of Things offers you the chance to borrow a variety of useful items. Some items are things that most people only need to use once or rarely. Others let you “try before you buy” if you are thinking about making a purchase. The Library of Things helps our community by encouraging us to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
The Library of Things startup was funded by the Materials Management Grant Program from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Ongoing support is provided by the Salem Public Library Foundation.
You can browse available items on the Library of Things shelves on Floor 1 at the Main Library, located at 585 Liberty St. SE, or in the online catalog.
