Start your family history project using the genealogy resources available at Salem Public Library's Main Library, 585 Liberty St. SE. The library hosts the Willamette Valley Genealogical Society and their collection to assist users in this type of research.

WVGS volunteers offer free, in-person assistance at the library from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. You can find the WVGS Desk on the first floor of the Main Library.
