Both eagle pairs have successfully raised eaglets this season. The Audubon pair had two eaglets, while the Minto pair had one eaglet that successfully fledged. Over the next few weeks, the young eagles will remain in the general area, and the adults may continue to feed them as they learn to hunt.
Many thanks to our eagle nest watch volunteers for providing us with photos and data from the two nests. We look forward to continuing this successful program in 2025.

Eaglet Update
Eaglets in both nests are growing rapidly, with the adult eagles continuing to feed and protect them. These new photos showcase the eaglets from the Audubon nest and document a conflict between the eagles and an osprey!

Nestling Update
We appear to have nestlings in both nests. Although observers have not yet seen the nestlings, the behavior of the adult eagles suggests that the eggs have hatched.
Some of these behaviors include:
- Bringing food to the nest
- Perching on the edge of the nest for long periods in a non-incubating position
The nestlings will stay in the nest for 10 to 14 weeks and are expected to fledge sometime between July 4 and August 4.
