To report a stream blockage or illegal dumping, please call Public Works Dispatch at 503-588-6311. Your report will help the City address these issues quickly. 

Share High Water Photos

If you can safely take a photo of streams with high water, please use this form to send it to the City. Make sure to include the date, time, and location of the photo in your message.
