Pay for Your Parking Permit

The City of Salem offers three ways to pay for your parking permit: in person, by mail, or online. Please note that payments cannot be made over the phone. If you need to cancel your permit, you must send a written cancellation request to the Customer Service Center.

Pay in Person

Visit the Customer Service Center at:
440 Church St SE, 5th Floor

Pay by Mail

Send a check or money order (payable to the City of Salem) to the address below. Use the envelope provided with your invoice:

Pay Online

You can pay online using a credit card. Follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Permit Application Center website.
  2. Log in using your registered email address and password.

To use the online payment system, you must first register. If you need help, contact the Permit Application Center for assistance.
