Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in Salem

If you own an electric vehicle, charging stations are available in many public parking areas, including:

Paying for Charging

Blink Membership Options

Blink charging stations offer two membership options:

• Blink Plus Members
• Blink Basic Members

Members can make payments using their Blink InCards. To activate an InCard, sign up as a Blink Plus or Blink Basic member on the Blink website. Cards are mailed and typically arrive within 7 to 10 days.

Non-Members

Membership is not required to use a Blink charging station. Non-members can pay using a Blink Guest Code, which is accessible through any mobile device or the Blink Mobile App..

Parking Fees at Charging Stations

Paying for electric vehicle charging does not exempt you from other parking fees. If the charging station is located in a metered space or a space that requires a parking permit, you must pay those fees in addition to the charging station fees.
