Free parking options are available to customers of downtown businesses in the Downtown Parking District.

All-Day Parkade Parking

All-day free parking is available in designated areas of three downtown parking garages.

Note: Employees, residents, students and volunteers need a permit to park in the downtown parkades.
Metered parking is available on-street and outside of this district and near the Capitol Mall.

• For commercial business loading/unloading
• Located throughout downtown area

Parking Enforcement Hours

• Capitol Mall Area: Parking is enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
• Downtown Parking District: Parking is enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
• Exceptions: Parking enforcement does not apply on Sundays and legal holidays.
