You can provide a link to safety for someone who needs it. Donate your gently used cell phone to the Salem Police Department. Donated phones are provided at no cost to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

Phones are given out as-is, so before dropping off your phone:

• Make sure the phone is in working order with a battery and charger.
• Unlock the phone and remove any pin numbers or password protections.
• Erase any phone numbers or personal information saved in memory.
• You can drop off your donation at the Salem Police Department lobby between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The address is 333 Division St. NE.

If we cannot use the donated phone, it will be recycled and sold. All profits from the sale will be used to support victims of domestic violence.
