Serving Alcohol at a private event or community/public event on City property
Alcohol may only be possessed or consumed when it has been requested and approved on the appropriate permit and application and all associated fees have been paid.
Reservable areas where alcohol may be request at part of the event are: Bush’s Pasture Park, Minto-Brown Island Park, Pringle Community Hall, River Road Park, Riverfront Park and Woodmansee Park.
The on-site contact for an approved permit and application is required to have a copy of the approved agreement at the private and/or community/public events
For private events, like family or workplace celebrations:

Alcoholic beverages must have an alcohol content of 14 percent or less;

Be packaged in less than kegs/pony kegs;

May be consumed only in reservable picnic areas and must stay with 100 feet of the reserved area.
For community/public events, selling alcohol requires:

A park reservation for Riverfront or Bush’s Pasture Park

Certificate of Insurance
A copy of approved permits and licensing obtained through the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”).
The permittee is responsible for being aware of and complying with all application Oregon Liquor Control Commission rules and regulations including licensing requirements.
