*50% fee waivers may be available for eligible Salem residents for programs led by City of Salem Recreation Leaders.

Want to know if you qualify for a fee waiver?

  1. Your address must be within Salem city limits. Call 503-588-6261 option 5 to have your address verified or go to the Customer Service Center for verification and first time registration.
  2. You must have and be able to show the Customer Service Center your OHP, OR Trail Card, or WIC information.
