When someone needs assistance, we work with local social service agencies to determine eligibility. Once approved, funds are applied directly to the customer’s utility account, providing immediate relief. Your generosity has a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most.

How to Donate
Supporting the Emergency Utility Assistance Program is simple. You can make a one-time donation in any amount or choose to give $5 or more each month. Participation is voluntary, and your donation may even be tax deductible – be sure to check with your tax professional to confirm.
To donate, complete the Utility Assistance Program Donation Form and mail it to us with your contribution.
Monthly Donations
If you would like to set up a recurring monthly donation, simply fill out the Utility Assistance Program Donation Form and mail it to us. once enrolled, you will receive a monthly invoice for your donation amount. You can also easily pay online, using the customer number and address code listed at the top of your monthly donation invoice.
