Request an ADA Accommodation

You can ask for help if you need an accommodation for city programs, services, or jobs. This is important because everyone should have equal access to city resources and opportunities. Making a request ensures that people with disabilities can participate fully in community activities.

How to Make a Request

Please contact the City as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the event or service you need help with. You can also report an ADA or Section 504 complaint at any time.
