Completed - Commercial Street SE Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The Safety and Livability Bond measure was passed by Salem voters in November 2022 and included funds for pavement rehabilitation of Commercial Street SE from Fabry Road SE to the Interstate 5 ramps.

This project included resurfacing of the roadway and replacing non-compliant Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps.

The design was completed by Century West Engineering. The contractor that completed the work was Roy Houck Construction, of Salem, Oregon.

Construction was completed in December 2024.
