This project will resurface the roadway and replace the associated non-compliant Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps within the project limits. Work will also include striping.

The project limits on Doaks Ferry Road NW are from Brush College Drive NW to Emerald Drive NW.

The 2026 Pavement R&R project has an additional paving location on Commercial Street SE from South of 12th Street Cut-Off SE to North of Boone Road SE. Please see the “Commercial Street – 12^th Street Cutoff to Boone Road SE Pavement Rehabilitation Project” webpage for more information on this portion of the project.

Construction is planned for early 2026 and expected to last through the end of 2026.

During construction, vehicle access may be impacted. Traffic control signs, detour routes, and flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic through the impacted areas. Access for pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will be available and identified through or around the work zones.
