This project will include installation of new curbs, sidewalks, bicycle facilities, and stormwater facilities. Left turn lanes and pedestrian crossings are proposed at Beverly Avenue NE, and Devonshire Avenue NE, with a complete replacement of the existing traffic signal at Sunnyview Road NE. New sanitary sewer mains and laterals will also be installed. AKS Engineering & Forestry LLC has been hired to complete design.

Fisher Road NE, from Silverton Road NE to approximately 850 feet south of Sunnyview Road NE.

Funding for the project comes from the 2022 Safety and Livability Bond, wastewater rates, and stormwater rates.

This project is currently in the design phase. Additional information will be posted as the project progresses. Construction is planned to start in 2028.

Disruptions to traffic and users will be minimal during the project design phase. Vehicle access will be impacted when construction is underway, and delays and/or detours should be expected.
